The small pond is the only place where vegetation and water is available in the land. Isolated from other water sources, it depends solely on rain water though it holds enough to last a small herd for months at a time while full. All sorts of plants and grass grows around the area, providing food to the herd. Most meetings in the herd are taken place here as it is an easy place to find.
